Spotlight on Ardurra Leadership Program

Ardurra recently launched its industry-leading leadership development program. Ardurra Leadership is a year-long program designed to develop current and future leaders through hands-on skill-building and cross-team development.  It has been crafted to provide a unique experience that exposes leaders to aspects of the business that they may otherwise not see. Further, perhaps most importantly, it is meant to facilitate the creation of deep connections and networks among the participant cohort, which spans the organization demographically, technically, and geographically. 

Ardurra leadership utilizes a combination of quarterly live sessions, web-based curriculum, and a comprehensive group project to challenge and grow the skill sets, competencies, and networks of participants. It is truly our keystone program and reflects our strong commitment to developing our staff to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow.
