Ardurra is seeking a Water/Wastewater Office Lead to join our staff in Charlotte, NC.

Primary Function

Must have a demonstrated background in business development, client relations, and delivery of municipal water, wastewater and stormwater engineering projects.

Primary Duties

  • Maintain and develop client relationships, connect our solutions to client needs, lead project teams in quality project delivery, and guide procurement stages leading to new opportunities.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements

  • S. degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer in North Carolina or South Carolina (or ability to obtain reciprocity).
  • 10 years of professional experience.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in all computer software typically used (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
